NCMS Travels to Concordia

The Nemaha Central Middle School wrestling team  went to Concordia on Saturday, November 12. NCMS had wrestlers of all weight classes do very well at this meet.

Six seventh graders had showed up and worked very hard at this meet. At 90 pounds, Landon Mady went 2-3; at 95 pounds, Braden Macke went 1-4; at 105 pounds, Dason Hill went 1-1; at 110 pounds, Cole Ranieri went 0-2; at 115 pounds, Noah Hilbert went 2-1; at 165 pounds, Will Deters finished with a record of 0-3.

Harper Foster said, “It was a really fun tournament and some lost and some won. We all fought our hardest!”

On the eighth grade side, at 90 pounds, Harry Langill went 2-1; at 115 pounds, Brady Koch went 4-1; at 120 pounds, Colten Corby went 2-1; at 120 pounds, Gus Rusche went 1-3; at 134 pounds, Conner Lueger went 1-2; at 141 pounds, Logan Richards went 2-2; at 148 pounds, Caleb Hynek went 1-2; at 180 pounds, Kyler Ganstrom went 3-0.

Noah Hilbert said, “There was a lot of improvement from the first meet.”

As a whole, all of the wrestlers worked very hard for their placings and had an amazing meet.
