The girls from NC wrestled with great determination, and their results reflected their hard work and effort. In eighth grade, at 240 pounds, Emma Tangeman went 0-2; at 99 pounds, Cora Langill went 1-0; at 84 pounds, Jillian Koch went 2-1; at 94 pounds, Claire Sourk went 2-1; at 119 pounds, Khloe Crevier went 1-2; and at 141 pounds, Evelyn Ba Coc went 2-1.

“It was a very fun meet and I’m glad I got to experience it!” said Claire Sourk.

The seventh-grade girls' results were as follows: Nikki Lambrecht went 1-3 at 112 pounds; Charlie Koch went 2-2 at 79 pounds; Ava Madrid went 0-3 at 125 pounds; and Brooklyn Korber went 0-3 at 82 pounds.
