The Nemaha Central Middle School Boys Wrestling Team went to Doniphan West on Saturday, October 28. The NCMS wrestlers did well in their first meet.
Five seventh graders wrestled on Saturday, doing well for their first meet. At 75 pounds, Tyson Beebe-Dishong went 1-3. At 90 pounds, Hudson Kuckelman went 2-2. At 141, Tate Edelman went 3-1. At 150 pounds, Kaden Sperfslage went 1-3. At 225 pounds, Kollin Wagner went 2-2.
Tyson Beebe-Dishong said, “We wrestled hard and had fun.”
Five eighth graders wrestled on Saturday. At 95 pounds, Landon Mady went 1-1. At 100 pounds, Xavier Haverkamp went 1-2. At 105 pounds, Braden Macke went 0-2. At 127 pounds, Noah Hilbert went 2-2. At 180 pounds, Will Deters went 0-3
Hudson Kuckelman said, “We wrestled hard and didn’t give up.”
The NC wrestlers did well for their first meet but still have a lot of improvement to do. It was a great opportunity for the wrestlers to use what they’ve learned in practice.
