On October 13, the 5th grade class took a trip to the Omaha Zoo. Parents were also able to go to the zoo as well. When they arrived, they split into groups and went to explore the zoo.
The Omaha Zoo has a variety of different exhibits such as: Scott Aquarium, Lagoon Island, Wildlife Safari Park, and many more. They had about five hours to explore this amazing zoo that attracts around two million visitors each year.
Sawyer Eldelmen said, "It was a great experience and it was really cool seeing all the gorillas
and rhinos!"
The 5th graders all agreed that it was an amazing experience. They had a great time and would love to go back someday.
