On September 18, the NCMS Thunder Volleyball took on Sabetha. The Eighth Grade A team played tough and won their first set 25-10. The Eighth Grade A Team continued their hard work throughout the next set and won 25-13.
Next up was the Eighth Grade B Team, they battled through the first set but Sabetha came out with the win 22-25. The second set began and the girls came back determined, winning 25-18.
Last but not least was the C team, they won their first set 28-26, and ended up losing the second set 18-25. Alexis Beebe-Dishong said “We played really well throughout all the sets, and I’m very happy we came out with the win. It was a bad day to be a Bluejay.”
The Seventh Grade A Team came out with a tough win for the first set, 25-13. As the Seventh Grade A Team went into the second set, they ended up losing 18-25. Going into the third set, it was a very close set but Sabetha ended up winning 13-15.
As the Seventh Grade B Team played their first set they fell short losing 23-25. Next set they came back winning 25-16. Going into the third set determined they won 15-10.
